金鶯隊捕手Matt Wieters傷癒歸隊，打擊就有精采表現，台北時間6日對印地安人隊之戰，Matt Wieters敲2安，有2分打點，幫助金鶯隊5比2贏球。

Matt Wieters去年5月10日之戰後，因右手肘受傷，進入傷兵名單，6月中旬他動了Tommy John（手肘靭帶置換）手術，經過近1年的復健，Wieters今天復出。

Matt Wieters今天先發蹲捕，擔任第5棒，4局上Chris Davis獲保送，Matt Wieters擊出二壘打，送回金鶯的第1分，接著Ryan Flaherty再敲安打，Wieters跑回第2分。5局下印地安人隊追成2比2平手，6局上Adam Jones轟出陽春砲（本季第8轟），金鶯再以3比2超前。

金鶯8局上Travis Snider、Adam Jones連敲安打，先攻得1分，Matt Wieters再擊出高飛犧牲打，送回此戰金鶯的第5分。

Wieters蹲捕，金鶯先發投手Chris Tillman也投的很安定，先發6.1局被擊出6支安打失2分，三振、保送各3次，贏得勝投（3勝7敗），Zach Britton救援成功（15救援），印地安人隊先發投手Shaun Marcum吞敗投（2勝1敗）。
